How long will my driver wait for me?
In the case of your arrival, your driver will wait for you up to 40 minutes after your flight lands because we know that once you arrive at the airport you have to go through customs and then collect your luggage. If you notice that it is taking you more than 40 minutes, it is extremely important that you contact us to avoid a no-show. In the case of departures, the maximum waiting time is 10 minutes, so we recommend you check out before your scheduled pick up.
